In our continued strive at helping our customers in creating digital oilfields across Gulf of Guinea, GIL Automation has deployed wireless wellhead monitoring solution for Testing application to Bell Oil & Gas Ltd in AGIP Field located at Omok in Rivers state Nigeria.

Zencus Wireless Transmitters for pressure and temperature were used in Visualizing/acquiring all the surface data in AGIP Ebegoro field of the Niger Delta during real-time testing and real-time data could be seen on Local server seamlessly.

On the wellhead and field instrument:

Problem Description/Need:

NAOC/AGIP needed a solution that will give them a real-time display of the well surface parameters, with historical data retrieval method, real-time plots and other flexibilities included.

Parameters namely:

Tubing Head Pressure
Casing Head Pressure
Flow-line Pressure
Flow-line Temperature
Casing Head Temperature
Tubing Head Temperature

Conventional Solution:

Manual Gauges with none of the capabilities listed above, it makes the job more cumbersome and time Consuming.
