SIMATIC RF300; Reader RF340R (GEN2); RS422 interface (3964R); IP67, -25 to +70 ?C, 75x 75x 41 mm with integrated antenna . HF reader for contact-free identification in closed production cycles in industrial production where very short cycle times are required. Thanks to the high degree of protection and the use of high-quality materials, the reader can be used even under the toughest industrial conditions without any problems. Application areas: Identification tasks for production and material handling control, track-guided conveyor technology in mechanical engineering, assembly and auxiliary assembly lines in the automotive and electrical appliance industry, paint lines in the automotive industry, suspended monorails, auxiliary assembly lines (e.g.: door installation, cockpit installation), baggage handling systems for airports.Special command control is not required; the autonomously read transponder data is supplied directly to the connected host system. Integrated setup help facilitates reader/transponder positioning during installation/commissioning and the determination of the ideal antenna position without additional tools. It also increases process reliability. Robustness with respect to radio frequency interference; data communication that is resistant to interference with a high degree of data security.
