DOCUMENT CONTROLLER /PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICER

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering Degree or relevant field, with a minimum grade of 2.1
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant working experience in an engineering company, covering a range of functional areas.
  • Proven work experience as a Document Controller or/and Project Manager
  • Effective interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal) and networking skills.
  • Familiarity with project management software and Desktop publishing such as Microsoft office, EDMS(SharePoint), presentations, texts editing, calendar management, and document management.
  • Project Management certification will be an added advantage.
  • Supervisory experience.
  • Experience with managing transformation, change management or other strategic projects.

 

 IT ADMINISTRATOR

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Provide IT leadership at all levels and manage the IT department productively and efficiently.
  • Upgrading, installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems, networks and servers.

  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.

  • Providing technical support across the company.

  • Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats.
  • Creating user accounts and performing access control.

  • Minimum of 2nd Class (Upper Division) and 3 years work experience.
